The Association Education for Real Life (AEVR) processes your personal data (name and surname, signature, telephone, address, e-mail) by automated and manual means, in order to provide you with information about its activity.

When using our services you may be asked to provide personal data. The provision of this information is voluntary. Your personal data is used in strict compliance with Romanian data protection legislation. Personal data provided on www.aevr.ro are used as part of the contractual procedure to process your requests. In addition, your data may be used for the purposes of registration, participation in prize draws and/or sending information brochures. 

By accessing, browsing, using this website by you, you unconditionally accept the general conditions of access and use of the www.aevr.ro website, as well as compliance with all applicable laws.

These terms and conditions create a contractual relationship between you and the Real Life Education Association.

In order to use our services, you need a device with internet access; with regard to hardware and software components they must be compatible (our recommendation is to have and in some cases even mandatory the latest version); with regard to internet access, this may involve some costs on your part.

The performance, optimization of the services offered by AEVR may be affected and even influenced by the above factors.

1. Definitions

The Association Education for Real Life (AEVR), located at 16 Foișorului Street, bl. F11C, sc. 1, et. 4, ap. 18, sector 3, Bucharest, established by Decision 206/28.06.2013 in file 27527/301/2013 completed with the conclusion of 13.09.2013 and registered with the certificate of registration of legal person without patrimonial purpose no. 103/18.07.2013, CIF:32120145, tel: 0723 681 502, e-mail: cornel@aevr.ro.

User – any natural and/or legal person and/or any legal entity accessing, viewing, browsing the website.

Website – the domain www.wall-et.eu and its subdomains.

2. Contents

  • All information on the website that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed by using electronic equipment; 
  • The content of any email sent to the User by AEVR and/or its representatives/employees, by electronic means and/or any other available means of communication; 
  • Newsletter – means of periodic information, exclusively electronic, i.e. electronic mail (e-mail) on products and/or promotions/services carried out and/or promoted by AEVR in a given period, without any commitment or obligation on the part of the User with reference to the information contained therein. 

 

Intellectual and industrial property rights

The content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the website, are the exclusive property of AEVR, to which all rights obtained in this respect directly or indirectly (through licenses of use and/or publication) are reserved. The copyrights for our partners’ logos and slogans belong to them and are reproduced with their consent.

The user is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or alter, use, display, include any content in any context other than the one originally intended by AEVR. 

Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted herein or by the accompanying User Agreement, if any, is prohibited.
